The Calm Retreat experience with Lucille will take you on a journey from stress and tension to balance, ease, and flow. To connect with the wisdom of your body and move towards a greater sense of health and wellbeing.
The weekend will be carefully curated to include a beautiful blend of:
- Movement practices (Pilates, Yoga, Intuitive Movement),
- Stillness and Meditation
- Being in nature
- Forest Bathing Experience
- Fire Ritual
- Time in our hot tub and relaxation area
- Nourishing plant based food.
