HEAR FROM OUR GUESTS
I was blown away! I felt connected to myself, my femininity, my beauty and strength in a way no other practice has done. It felt like a direct line to myself.
– Ruth M
It was my first time practising Qoya. I really found the movement & dance beneficial for helping to release emotions. It also gave me a sense of confidence to be true to myself and comfortable in my own skin. Qoya was a unique way of expressing oneself.
– Lorraine G
For seven years, I had the pleasure of attending Lucille’s Pilates classes. Thanks to her supportive teaching skills, my core strength, flexibility and posture improved rapidly. An outstanding, passionate teacher whom I would recommend to anyone.
– J Dean (Pilates and yoga enthusiast)
I attended Lucille’s Qoya class initially with a sense of apprehension, but left feeling incredible. Lucille is an excellent teacher, calm, clear and she makes you feel safe and supported. I leave Lucille’s classes with a real sense of clarity and positive spirit.
The retreat’s serene environment, journaling sessions (which I loved) and movement based practices fostered a deep sense of inner peace and self awareness. I would highly recommend Studio Be to anyone seeking a holistic approach to self discovery.
