Benefits of movement
Sharing movement, stillness and lifestyle practices that help us to FEEL better rather than focusing on how we look. We move and breathe freely. We soothe our nervous system and drop into the present moment…..and so the re-set begins!

Our modern lives can leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected from our bodies.
When we slow down, it is easier to connect with the intuitive wisdom of our body.
As we listen to the innate intelligence of our body, we can reclaim our power to choose what will be supportive and regenerative for our health and wellbeing in that moment.
From this place of compassionate connection and awareness we can discern what is needed to bring us back home to feeling more like ourself again.

Movement
Through conscious movement and connection with our breath, we come back home to feeling more like ourselves again. We feel stronger, more flexible and more energised. But also, through movement, we remember and connect with the deeper essence of who we are; connecting deeply with our wisdom and intuition within.
I share movement practices that help us to FEEL better rather than focusing on how we look. We move and breathe freely. We soothe our nervous system and drop into the present moment and so the re-set begins!
As we move and flow with our body’s natural rhythm, we deepen our relationship to our body. We become more aware of feelings, sensations and emotions (light and shadow). As we create more space to Be with what is, we gradually learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our body.
Pilates will strengthen and align your body, improving your posture and body awareness.
Yoga will bring your attention inwards as you strengthen and lengthen with breath and flow.
Qoya is a blend of yoga, free movement and dance. It is a beautiful, fun and profoundly deep practice; helping you to embrace your wholeness and remember your essence that is Wise, Wild and Free!
Ritual
Ritual brings your mental and emotional awareness back to the present moment.
As we engage with ritual, we press pause and take time to access the wisdom within and transform with clarity and presence.
We embrace the fact that we are cyclical beings, connecting with the power of our inner cycles. Using the ancient wisdom of the Celtic Wheel we can become more aware of the energy of the outer seasons and the natural world around us. We can work with those energies to help us navigate our lives with more ease and flow.
Stillness
Through Yoga Nidra Meditation, there is the opportunity to slow down, be still and truly listen to the wisdom of the body. Yoga nidra meditation is “yogic sleep.” Through a series of guided instruction, the body is led into a state of supreme relaxation. Initially, yoga nidra feels like a really nourishing nap, but ultimately it is a way to connect with much deeper parts of yourself, tapping into your inner wisdom and connecting with your inspiration. Forty-five minutes of yoga nidra meditation feels like three hours of sleep in the body.
Through deep conscious rest and stillness we can connect more deeply with our inner wisdom and intuition; grounding deeply into the present moment. As we focus on our breath and drop into the present moment, we soothe our nervous system and reset into a more calm and settled presence and sense of self. From this embodied sense of self we can relate to others and the world around us with a greater sense of coherence and ease.
Connection
As we gather and connect more deeply with each other and the abundance of nature around us, we can ease into the present moment feeling nourished and restored.
From this place of deeper connection, we can inspire and support each other as we connect with a deeper sense of authenticity and vulnerability. I will create a nourishing and nurturing space where it will feel safe to Be; to be seen, to be heard and to foster beautiful connections with one and other.
Creating a safe and sacred space allows for a sense of connection that is deeply healing and transformational. I am always in awe of the deep bonds and connections that are formed when women are given the time and space to truly be with one and other in a safe and sacred space.
